Re: Layout Templates inconsistent throughout different iPad devices - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 12-04-2016
I did see that topic, but the thing that's puzzling me is that it works on one iPad but not the other. I also checked on an iPad Mini and it has the same weird leading as the iPad, but the iPad Pro is perfect. They all have the same iOS update and are loading the same app updates and I obviously need to have it work on all three. For now though I can just create an image out of this text with the logo or adjust the font file we're loading.Thank you very much for your help, Colin!

Re: Using a custom icon font in a card - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 31-03-2016
Ah. We had the same problem, if I used a custom font that contained only a few characters. Once I made sure the custom font contained A..Z and a..z, the error in the layout template disappeared. Our custom font had only 15 icons in it in the A-O character positions. I just padded out the rest of the font with roman characters N-Z and a-z, and then everything worked fine. It appears that the layout template needs a minimum character set of some sort to function and display properly.

Re: Custom Fonts Display in Layouts but not in Development APP - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 01-11-2016
Hi Christopher,You need to sign in to the Portal (https://aemmobile.adobe.com), go to the Apps section, and rebuild your app. When you add that app to your device, you'll be able to see custom fonts.Bob

Re: dps article converter - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 24-03-2016
The PDF converter is a convenient way to port content into AEM Mobile -- but I'm not aware of any plans to add tools to the converter to build custom navigation. You get page based, swipe navigation. That's basically it. I suppose you could work in Acrobat to add buttons that use relative navto syntax, but that feels like a lot of dubious work.Alternately, if you're working with a large document, you might split out chapters or sections and then convert these portions of the larger PDF into artic...

Re: Assigning Layout Templates to Collections - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 15-03-2016
I think some clarification may help here. (Bob, I read the questions slightly differently...)When you're working in Layout Templates, as Bob says, you want to import a collection to help visualize what you're designing. You can save the template anytime. The Close button can deliver two experiences, depending on the collection that you import. If you import a collection that does not use this template you get the option to apply the Layout Template to the imported collection. This is always the ca...

Hi Colinthank you for your answer. I had the Support team on call and that's what we did:Re-encode the video and package the artwork to make sure everything was linked properly.
