Hi Neil,I do press the 'preflight' button after making content changes. However, the methods described by you (leaving the collection en/or backgrounding the app) did not work. What does work, is clearing the cache and data in the Preflight App on my device. I have to log back in, but that's no big deal. Then the update is available.I can work with this method for now and I anxiously await the refresh method in the next release.Thanks again for your help!Paul

They can enter the username and password via our standard sign in dialog to authenticate. If you need to something special for them to register we have a "Create account" link in the dialog that you can point to a website to collect the necessary information to create their account.Neil

Hi,Usually the issue with descenders being clipped is the font file itself and the way the baselines were set up in the font file. What solved the problem in the few cases we encountered was opening the font in a glyph editing tool and adjusting the cropping line them so it is lower than the descenders.

The DPS 2015 tools are available as updates, check for this through the Creative Cloud app.I found that a fresh install of InDesign CC 2014 had an update that added the current DPS Tools.And a fresh install of InDesign CC 2015 included the DPS Tools.During the beta, there were no installers, and we acquired the beta tools through the beta resources. While those downloads are still available, the update route is likely better and easier.

We are working on preventing users to get in these cases and also adding more meaningful, actionable error messages.Despite the fact you remove card references in the layouts (or layout references in collections), unless you publish the changes in the layout (collection) you will not be allowed to unpublish the card or layout you want (you'll get an update failed error).We want to address this, yet in the meantime, the approach that will always work is ...
