Hi Alim,1)Did you try fetching mbox trace of any visitor who is not recorded in the test?mbox trace generated in the first page load has 'geo' field in it which can tell you the IP and then you can verify if it is included in the test or not?2) You can also check for your analytics segment in case you are using that in the target test.May be these checks help.ThanksRegards,Pranav

Hi Maureen,I suspect that you might have activated,deactivated and reactivated test before letting it remain live for some time and also the case might be that you have changed the split in between.These were usually the reasons behind this skewedness.Could you please confirm.
