Hi florentlb At the moment, we can not open the old emails (existing ones) with the old default editor to edit the email anymore. Instead, the new creative design is set as default even we did not use this creative design when we created the emails.Additionally, all emails that were created by the default editor have lost the banner on the top which causes a really bad performance for our campaigns (the banner does not show up anymore as the link is access denied - don't know why as it still wor...

Hi, we are running a workflow to send out 2 emails that targets the subscribers of this campaign only (we are using the incremental query to connect the schedule). The second email will be sent out 2 days after the first one. Hi Jean-Serge, Thank you so much for your help. I actually now found the answer to my concern. Since Adobe campaign requires the double opt-in confirmation email for all customers based in Euro, therefore if I remove the confirmation button, all of the users will be marked as the blacklist (no longer contact by email). That's why we can not send email to them. The thing is we are trying to avoid double opt-in for some of the users who are already opt-in for some other campaigns by clicking the c...

I checked the delivery summary. Unfortunately only the prospects of the old transactional email can receive the 2nd email (at 1st we had normally transactional email that contained the confirmed button. After that we have updated the landing page so the confirm button is useless and I haved remove it out of the email. I also updated the rule in incremental query).
