Hi, thank you a lot for your help but I cannot follow the steps described on the article that you provided because I am getting the error before logging in to Adobe Campaign. So, I do not have access to the client console's File to clear the cache.Do you think uninstalling and reinstalling the app would help? How could I make sure that everything is deleted if I uninstall the app?Thank you

Unfortunately,there is no one else trying to connect. Do you know if there is way to find which are the white-listed IPs ?I asked one of my colleagues to install Adobe Campaign and log in with my credentials, and he was able to log in. Is there something else that I should check?

Can not Connect to Adobe Campaign - Adobe Campaign Standard 20-04-2018

Hello,I can not log into Adobe Campaign.Especially, when i click on the connection link I get the following error message:After clicking on the Ok button on the above pop up the connections tree is displayed and i can select the connection that i want to use.Next, i add my log in credentials and every time that i click on the log in button I get one of the following errors:Do you know how I could fix this issue?Thank you
