Greetings All -I'm hoping someone has encountered this before we have and has a solution. We created a iOS push notification out of Adobe Message Center and selected the radio button for "Alert". In testing it, we never get the alert sound. We tested it in Pushwhoosh and we get the alert sound just fine.
