Re: Autosave / Recovery of Fusion scenarios - Workfront 09-06-2022
That's a good idea. I would assume there would need to be some sort of Published/Not Published state since you can currently edit scenarios that are active.

Re: Within Fusion, is there an easier way to get larger amounts of data into a Data Store instead of entering field-by-field? - Workfront Archived Groups 06-07-2021
A forum post reply reminded me that our Implementation Coordinator set up a Fusion workflow for us way back when we were setting up Fusion. Through the use of a custom form to keep track of automation values the workflow repeats through a specified task template, takes its values and puts them into the datastore within a few seconds. SO much easier than manual entry. Wish I had remembered that sooner.

Re: Is there a quicker and easier way to input data into a Fusion Data Store? I've got quite a lot of data (strings and arrays) and entering field-by-field is very time consuming. Was wondering if there was a way to get those updated with a CSV or something - Workfront 01-07-2021
Oh my gosh! Thank you for the reminder about the Fusion "Add/Replace a Record" modules! We actually already have a scenario built that pulls values from a Task Template and adds or removes items from the Data Store. I can't believe I forgot about that. One button click and the data store is updated with all new values! Thanks for the mental poke!

Within Fusion, is there an easier way to get larger amounts of data into a Data Store instead of entering field-by-field? - Workfront Archived Groups 30-06-2021
I'm building out a Data Store and it is very time consuming entering field-by-field. Is there possibly a way to import via CSV or something similar?

Re: Disable Time Portion of due dates (Projects and Tasks) - Workfront 13-01-2021
This issue is compounded by the editable Planned Completion date field in the top right of the Project pages. When edited this changes the due date and defaults to 12AM local time. This negatively impacts all tasks on the project as it resets them to 12AM local time as well. Users in different time zones then see previous dates for their due tasks. Please either implement a way to default the time when changing this field and/or give the option to turn off time due time.

Re: set default planned start / completion time on default fields in queue setup - Workfront 13-01-2021
We are dealing with this same issue on the Project level. An user will attach a task template and all tasks correctly adjust times based on the default 9am-5pm schedule. But as soon as the user, who is in Eastern time zone, it defaults to 12AM local time and therefore all of the tasks are reset to 12AM ET on their respective days as well. Users in Central time then see due dates on the day before since they are shown one hour earlier (11pm).

Re: Changing the Planned Completion Date in a Project - Workfront 13-01-2021
We are seeing a similar issue with this top right Planned Completion editing field defaulting to 12AM. Our issue is mostly because the users creating the projects are in the Eastern time zone so task dates show as 11pm the day before for users in Central time zone.We would love that top right to have the ability to adjust date and time to avoid this. And maybe an option to set a default time.

Document Report - create custom grouping for 1. projects that contain documents with a specific string in their name and 2. all other projects that do not contain a document with that name. - Workfront 12-10-2020
I’ve created a document report that displays:Projects with Planned Completion Date within the next 14 days andContains a document with “skunotes” in the name. The report works great for that criteria but then I thought I should probably also display projects that are missing a document with that name in the case that it is forgotten to be uploaded. I don’t see an easy way to do this. Projects contain other documents as well so the filtering options will just show all document names. Was hoping to...
