Support for MS SQL Server 2008 R2 & Groupwise 8 - Adobe LiveCycle 25-08-2010
We just won a $400K LC RFP for the state of UT. They are standardized on Groupwise 8 for email. System reqs currently only list support for Groupwise 6/7. Also, they want to use MS SQL Server 2008 R2, system reqs list upport for 2008, but are not specific on support for the R2 release. Is it possible to use either of these with LC ES2? If not, are there plans to incorporate support in the pending LC ES 2.5 release?

Re: XPDL Support - Adobe LiveCycle 04-03-2010
"My understanding is that we do not support XPDL, but instead use our own schema for persisting processes."This is correct. At least for processes that are built with LiveCycle Workbench."When creating process definitions in the LiveCycle Business ActivityMonitoring ES2 Workbench, you can now use XML Process DefinitionLanguage (XPDL) files to define your process definitions. You can thenuse the process definitions to create process maps in the LiveCycleBusiness Activity Monitoring ES2 Dashboard....

Re: Microstation DGN Support - Adobe LiveCycle 12-01-2010
Microstation has native PDF conversion support (based on our Adobe PDFLibrary) and they offer both desktop and server-side conversion options. I believe this is one reason we haven't bothered to support it ourselves.Leonard
