I got same issue yesterday it turns out that if you have done a migration of the same web property previously using the option to keep the DTM production endpoint, then you can not migrate it once more using the DTM production endpoint which is logical.I just removed the migrated web property in Launch and done the migration again and it worked.Might be worth for the Adobe Launch team to put a better error message.

Hi,We're just in the process of upgrading to Launch and need some clarification on your pointDTM staging endpoint will remain and code on it will remain. As far as I know there is no plan to delete the code. It is a good to use the staging DTM endpoint against the Poduction endpoint to do performance analysis. We have seen an instance when we migrated where to website went from 24s to 6s load time. (Yea DTM blocks a lot).So this means if we using the 'Upgrade to Launch' option only production is...

I don't think visit expiration can be set dependent on cookie lifetime.There are two settings that I'm aware of that allow the modification of visit expiration:- Backend setting can be shortened from 30 minutes. Contact customer care to have this changed. Note that this applies to all data moving forward, and affects data collection.- Virtual report suites with report time processing allow the modification of visit expiration on the fly. This would be my recommended route.
