instanceManager is not working properly after Rendered as HTML - Adobe LiveCycle 13-10-2009
Hi All, I am new to the work bench and tried to create a process to render the XDP as HTML. Now I can see the file but all the code that is working in the Designer stopped working..Including the instance manager. I have gone thru a document from Adobe about the "Scripting Support for HTML Forms and Form Guides" and they mentioned that the Instance manager is supported both in HTML and FormGuides. Any one had similar experience in rendering as HTML? Another question I have is if I have the "Bus" ...

Re: Linking Image field with XML Schema - Adobe LiveCycle 17-09-2009
Thank you Paul for your reply..We have the images stored in a fileserver with the .jpeg format. We get the relative path to the folder on the server and passed as part of the XML tag value. In this scenario, can you help me how I can embed the image.. or can I attach the URL path to the property..ThanksSrini

Re: Calling a Stored Procedure from Oracle - Adobe LiveCycle 17-09-2009
The client would like to store the submitted data from the PDF in the form of XML to Oracle database. The company has existing stored procedures to insert the data into the database tables. So they are asking us to use the existing stored procedures. If the stored procedures are not supported then we can propopse the user to go with the insert statements. Can you please confirm if this is possible? If so how can I do it?ThanksSrini

Linking Image field with XML Schema - Adobe LiveCycle 17-09-2009
I have a requirement that I am working on which would require me to generate dynamic PDF in such a way that the text as well as the images in that PDF should depend on the input XML that I recieve. So in this regard my question is how can I link an image field with an element in the sample data XML or with an element in the schema. Does this feature supported by the tool. Can generated PDF have dynamic images in them.Any help towards this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.Srini
