When I tried to configure external accounts for Dynamics 365 CRM. I am facing the below error. I chose Webapi option and provided all the details including Client IDAnyone faced this issue and pointers will help.

Hi,I am using Dynamics 365 and try to integrate with Adobe campaign using adobe crm connector.I am facing an error when configuring external accounts. Api registration in AAD is correct and Adobe was able to generate the table list and create a schema, but later days again it is requesting to configure the external accounts and stopped working. There was no change in configuration adobe, D365 or azure. Any pointers will be helpful
