Hi Louise,If you're using InDesign CC 2015 you need to install the tools as part of the beta for the new Digital Publishing Solution product. If you want to use the previous Digital Publishing Suite product you have to use an earlier version of InDesign.See DPS and InDesign CC 2015 for a complete explanation.Neil

If you’re not working with DPS you don’t need them.

Hi Louise,The requirement to have a Mac to build from iOS is due to the supported platforms for Apple's Application Loader: it's Mac only. Even if we did add support for signing your iOS app on Windows you would still need a Mac to submit it to Apple.Neil
