Re: Cannot Open "Reports" tab - Adobe Analytics 27-06-2022
Then, it is most likely because of maintenance or cache issues as said by @Pablo_Childe and @Jennifer_Dungan. Wait for a day, clear your cache and try it. Should resolve! If not, raise it with Adobe Customer Care, should be a bug.

Re: Cannot Open "Reports" tab - Adobe Analytics 27-06-2022
Dear natmcd99, Check whether you have access to 'Reports & Analytics' with your Admin. Most likely, an access issue. Thank You, Pratheep Arun Raj B (Arun) | NextRow Digital | Terryn Winter Analytics

Re: Filtered dates still show - Adobe Analytics 25-06-2022
Dear natmcd99, Your segment includes 'date ranges' and 'data ranges' are independent of the date selection you make in your Workspace. Se the example, below, I have included a 'date range' this year with my workspace data selection. Though my data selection is May 2022, we should see this year's data. Segment Report So, try to exclude the 'date ranges' from the segment to compare and extend. Thank You, Pratheep Arun Raj B (Arun) | NextRow Digital | Terryn Winter Analytics

Re: Unexpected discrepancy - Adobe Analytics 25-06-2022
Dear AMinakov, Do not compare the event (with record once per visit) with the visits while you break it down with the dimensions. Let's see the example: In a visit, URL1 triggers the event, URL 2 triggers the event and URL 3 triggers the event. Because you set the configuration of the event to 'record once per visit', the event is recorded during the first event i.e. against URL 1. However, the same won't be captured against URL 2 and URL 3 (But visits will be recorded for all 3 URLs). Now, if y...

Re: Query Reagrding Previous Page Values - Adobe Analytics 06-05-2022
Dear Meghana, To pass the information from one page to another, we use cookies. Adobe uses a First Party cookie to set the previous page name and retrieve it back on the landing page. If you are navigating from one domain to another, because cross domains cannot accept first-party cookies, the previous page name will not be set using the plugin. However, the visitor ID is continued if your browser didn't block the third-party cookie and thus you can extract the report using Next Page and Previou...

Re: Website Page Engagement Rate Formula - Adobe Analytics 17-04-2022
Dear Kate_Leo, My opinion would go for: Click Instances/Page Views. However, it depends based on how the business wants to see them. Thank You, Pratheep Arun Raj B (Arun) | NextRow Digital | Terryn Winter Analytics

Re: How to filter on the right hit with sequence segments - Adobe Analytics 17-04-2022
Dear aduhem, Tougher ask to be frank. Even if you try to use 'Only before' and 'Only after' sequences together, I don't think it is easier to get the answer you are looking for. Go through my blog on Sequential Segments (Pageviews between Specific Pages) and try replicating the concepts discussed there. I would try to replicate the scenario from my end on my available time and come back to you if I get any results. Thank You, Pratheep Arun Raj B (Arun) | NextRow Digital | Terryn Winter Analytics

Re: Can adobe analytics admin identify from which place or country the adobe analytics account login has been made? - Adobe Analytics 17-04-2022
Dear gkrish12345, Admin can see the IP Address for the user's log-in to Adobe Analytics. So, if you can look up IP addresses against the countries, then it is possible. Thank You, Pratheep Arun Raj B (Arun) | NextRow Digital | Terryn Winter Analytics
