Hi,quite often I see that my deliveries are in Retry pending status for a while. Because of that I have to wait for 10 minutes or even an hour before emails are sent. In Adobe's docs I found this page: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/DLV_Tracking_deliveries_Monitoring_your_delivery.html.According to it I should check if MTA modules are launched by type proper command: nlserver pdump. Next I should type: nlserver start mta@. My question is quite basics: where I can type these commands? ...

Hi, you can use deeplinking (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_deep_linking). For example: appname://{route}. Unfortunately most email clients don't respond very well to these because Adobe Campaign (and other platforms too) converts your links to capture click event data. You may want to check appsflyer.com or branch.io to generate a deep link that works for email.

Is it possible to make some changes, adjust email content in few rounds of proofing, and after that save all changes to "parent" recurring delivery activity? I'm asking because I see that I can make changes in delivery (with proofing option) and send proofs again, but all changes that I have made are not visible in "parent" recurring delivery.Thank you,Marcin

Hi All,We have set new instance of Adobe Campaign (v7). I downloaded and installed v7 console on my laptop. I was able to finish installation process although I don't have admin rights. Unfortunately something is wrong. I saw error message below, when I was trying to log in. Have you ever seen this error? Maybe you know the solution?Thank you,Marcin

Hi David,Unfortunately I don't know answer, but I have a clue. I saw mentioned error lately, when I had removed workflow's operator form Admin group. We also have some dynamic content incoming from query in Alert activity. So it is probably access right issue. Try to run this workflow as Admin.Regards,Marcin

Hi Andy,there is Preview tab inside delivery window. You can choose recipients there and see their messages. This feature should work also after email blast. Hi Gyorgy,Using out-of-the-box operator group should meet your needs. There is "Access to reports" group in AC. Just add report-related users to that group. You don't need to configure group.
