Re: How DTM handle cross domain for GA - Dynamic Tag Management 10-04-2018
you might find more information referencing cross-domain with GA in google groups, since this is a DTM forum and your adobe setup seems to be working.. not sure what the question is. I don't believe there's anything dtm or adobe analytics can do to help with how GA records visitors. personally i wouldn't piggy back either platform on each other. if you need both, then run them in parallel, but understand that tracking will always behave slightly differently.

Re: Why launch needs to clean the variable? - Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection 22-03-2018
DTM did many things automatically. Unfortunately, that wasn't always a benefit for some customers. We've built Launch to be much more flexible for our customers. Launch doesn't make assumptions of what you'd like to do and instead allows you the flexibility to just about anything you'd like.

Re: Summit 2018 L768 - Implementing Adobe Audience Manager & Customer ID Sync Using Adobe Launch - Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection 22-03-2018
Some of the concepts are still applicable to customers without AAM. For example, the People Core Service (included with any Adobe solution) allows customers to upload company data (CRM, ect) via Customer Attributes to Analytics and match that with a declared ID. I still think you would find value with this session, but there might be a few things that are AAM specific and won't apply to you as a non AAM customer.

Re: How to transition from DTM to Launch? - Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection 21-02-2019
I've tried this one click upgrade from DTM to Launch. I've tried on multiple sites and multiple times. Launch never seems to fire and when I look at the experience cloud debugger, Launch is loaded but analytics are not. Any ideas why this happens and how to resolve it?

Re: demographic data - Adobe Analytics 08-03-2018
Actually, for stuff like this, I'd recommend Customer Attributes. Arun is correct though in that Adobe Analytics does not offer this data out-of-the-box.

Re: Matches in segment builder - Adobe Analytics 09-03-2018
Would be better with a more detailed sample of URL/page you are trying to filter but a sort of hack could be:aaa/bbb/ccc/xx-xx/ddd/ffffX being multiple versions of characters...In segment buildermake a containerStarts with (URL or page not sure metric you are trying to filter...)aaa/bbb/ccc/andcontains -andends with/ddd/ffffmay have to play with extra characters depends on your over all matches to the "-" character if in other places...good luck

e-commerce tracking - Dynamic Tag Management 15-02-2018
Recently we are migrating our e-commence tracking from Tealium to DTM. We are wondering do you have examples of an ecommerce object that would work well with Adobe’s DTM?Thanks

Re: How to add SmartPixel code in DTM? - Dynamic Tag Management 16-02-2018
Thanks for the great insider tip ^You are correct, Launch is being built as a platform to accommodate third-party developed extensions to add almost any functionality. If you're interest in learning more about Launch, go ahead and have a look at our Launch, by Adobe community.
