By way of update, we have researched various options for bringing report builder to Excel for Mac, but the software is simply too limited at this time for our product's needs. If an extremely limited version were created for Mac, would that still be valuable to you? We find most Mac users prefer to utilize virtualization technology over a limited native client option.

You can leverage the s.visitorID variable to set your own custom visitor ID based on some sort of authentication process. Assuming you set this variable universally across all digital channels, you can stitch this data together.

@_JM_ , have you considered using real-time reports in report builder so that you can configure the reports to your liking. I know we don't offer all the functionality you are asking for, but each of these items can be addressed to some extent or another in report builder. We've solved a few issues with this in the past, and I know the team has resolved some of these issues already, but I would reach out to client care and give them all the information you can about when and how this happens. I've personally had the best luck with the latest version of Chrome running on a machine with only that open.
