We have provided the same Advanced Filters that are now available in Reports & Analytics in report builder.

We were able to implement this feature prior to Report builder 5.0!

While I certainly can appreciate the convenience of being able to request more than 50,000 unique values in one report builder data block, unfortunately increasing the size and complexity of these requests would strain the environment too much at this point.
