Partially Norm - but not completely. I might have a report customized and bookmarked, etc. that I'd want to push from my own login vs. having to logout, login as them, etc. Also, the shared permissions idea for group editing a dashboard is different too.

Just again this morning had user trying to work with a Dashboard and not sure how to get some information they wanted, and quickly. Would be Very Easy for me to add it to their Dashboard for them - but instead only way to do so now is "Copy Me" so I can edit, then share it, then get them to delete their old one, and in turn have them do a "Copy Me" to get it back, etc. Would be such a great feature to let us *quickly & simply* help our community by pushing things to them, updating their dashboar...

Would be really useful to break down Hierarchies by any Metrics/Events and not just Traffic - realize this may not be the current structure. Yes, we can partially work around this by putting Hierarchy into an eVar (ties up another eVar) but then lose the break down & rollup reporting that is possible with Hierarchies so no real solution exists. Would then open up what we can Trend, Report, Dashboard, etc.

Currently there are still some reports that can not be added to Dashboards e.g. Next Page Flows, Page Summary Flows, etc. If we can pull it in Site Catalyst we should be able to Dashboard it. See Also: IDEA: Site Catalyst and Test & Target on same Dashboards

Add the ability to set Targets equal to a Calculated Metric instead of simple static values that currently have to entered by hand for each day (See below). This would let us set Targets based on prior periods, past results +/- % of growth, etc. Obviously would make Targets much more flexible, and business effective. Doing this would largely depend on, or be far more useful when IDEA: Calculated Metrics using eVars made available too.

Setting Targets is cumbersome especially for extended periods often preventing their use. Having to hand enter values one at a time for each day makes this near useless for upkeep, changes, etc. (Sample below) UPDATE: Thanks Adam, and agree I'm still left scratching my head on how the user interface makes sense and issue still stands as not simple to do. How is it that users can be on the screen to "Add / Edit Target" (Picture directly below) and yet NO Where in site is a link to "Import" your d...

Was just talking about exact same idea this morning. It's not just a redraw issue but even being able to see two or more branches at same time for context and comparison. For graphing it could still just show one branch i.e. let us click a branch to show.

Have trouble dashboarding & distributing Hierarchy Reports when trended as they lose all reference of what is actually being shown in the Trends. Please had the Level breakdown like you see in Ranked to the top of the report (See Red Box as example)

The recent trend lines added for Totals in Reports are useful but not available for us to readily use, Report, or Dashboard. These are often useful when filtering down Reports as shown in picture below and would like to be able to put the trend shown in Purple box on a Dashboard quickly and easily. Could be as simple as clicking on it which would take us to a normal report view which we could then do all the normal things with.

Let us at in Reports & Reportlets quickly set our own Level Lines to display on Reports & Dashboards quickly and without having to go through Targets which is too cumbesome currently. Could be used to show goals, benchmarks, prior time frame levels, all very quickly and easily. Would simply let us set lines at one or more levels as example below: Green = Goal of 740, Blue = Last year avg. 600 Also let us add a few words describing each that would show in the legend below graph too for each line ...

Please make the system created Visitor ID's fully visible as a native eVar so that we can fully relate them to our own company Visitor ID's, extract them in Data Warehouse, Classify them so we can use them for pulling other Segments across visits, etc. Would in turn help us with Targeting, email, merchandising, etc.

Been asking for this for years. It's a particular issue for businesses with long consideration periods where Visit's are almost an arbirtary unit with little value. We need to either give eVar's Pathing, or sProps persistence. Of course if your do the first, do you need sProps?

Allow us to select Fixed or Auto scaling of the vertical axis on reports - particularly when showing trended Percentages. Often building Dashboards you'll have almost all reportlets having their own scales. For example current dashboard I have has one reportlet with scale of 0, 14, 28, 42, 56% another next to it with 22, 44, 66, 88%, etc. (See Purple Boxes below too) Would like to set all to same 20, 40, 60, 80% for easy awareness of relative volumes across all. Same on Volume graphs would like ...

Show an actual veritical bar from the current symbols down to the horizontal access to more easily read the values at those dates, not to mention when looking at a dashboard of aligned reports it would readily be apparent across all of them. See Red bars below Calendar Events in picture below.

The ability to easily & intuitively communicate insights, trends, opportunities is critical to what we do. Often the path to doing this is as simple as how the "data" is presented. Case and point - we all can stare at tables of data broken down into 50 rows by state, or alphabetic lists of DMA cities - but that loses ALL ability to in one Picture see the significance of geo graphic trends, shifts, opportunities, segmetns, etc.It used to be you had a map type native to Excel. Often we would like to go back and re-run a prior Data Warehouse request but just add/remove a column or two, perhaps just change the date range after running a test warehouse pull, etc. It's a waste of time, and likely chance to make mistakes, having to re-define a DW request each time though. Simply let us pull up prior requests with all fields and selections populated so we can: A) verify what we actually did if have issues with the results we get B) update the settings and re-run same reques...

This is very closely related to the Idea I submitted for building Fall Outs that include both Variables, Events, and Page Views - effectively you could build one of these fall outs I describe and then have the option button to "Define Segment" IDEA: Fallouts with Variables & Events, not just Pages
