Try installing the latest version of Adobe Campaign, if the VBS script did not integrate then you will not have a working environment, first make sure you get this step right, all 64-bit installations seem to install on the x86 folder I am not sure why but it shouldnt be a problem, as florent said, you defo need a 64-bit JDK installed.Request Adobe Campaign, the latest version and give it another try.
