Adobe Campaign Standard not processing Transactional Messages - Adobe Campaign Standard 06-12-2019
Hi,our Adobe Campaign Standard Instance does not process Transactional Messages.The triggers are received by Campaign:Reconciliation is configured as following:ID via Adobe Launch ECVID Extension: Customer Attribute in People Core Service: Shared Data Source in ACS:I'm unable to identify why it's not working. Hi nicolais56285807,I sensed you will be using profileAndServices endpoint. So, the problem most probably is that you have extended the Profile Resource which creates the profileAndServicesExt endpoint.Your API call is going to the generic endpoint which will help you create a profile with the fields bundled into factory provided Profile columns.The Profile screen works on the profileAndServicesExt endpoint and hence your created profiles are not visible there. Transactional Messages not published with Landing Pages of specific OrgUnit - Adobe Campaign Standard 13-08-2018
Hi everyone,we are currently facing an issue where Campaign won't publish or send Transactional Messages when the Message contains a Link to a Landing Pages that is assigned to an Organizational Unit other than "All" (i.e. a custom OrgUnit).The message icon in the log simply turns gray:and the message itself won't display any error message in the log. Re: Images not displayed after Campaign update - Adobe Campaign Standard 27-07-2018
Same issues here. Our images may or may not load after importing them, then 10 minutes later the ones that didn't load are showing up and another one that seemed to load fine is now broken. We're working with support but haven't made any progress.

Hi Nicolais,As far as I know , it is possible. You just need to make sure you are selecting the option Update data and extend the profile and services API when publishing the resource after adding the custom fields.After that , follow the general io process to update data via REST call

Access to Launch is strictly controlled via the Admin Console with product profiles. DTM can be a different story since it also can have a legacy access system. Can private message me your company name or Org ID so I can have a look at what you've got setup?
