I also meant to add the Help link covering Category Affinity in my response above (also just added link above): https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/audiences/visitor-profiles/category-affinity.html?lang=en

Hi Nina, Great questions. As the answer here is more involved, I thought I would reply ahead of the Coffee Break. First, there is a way to automate the process you have now for matching profile attributes to entity values. It is called Profile Attribute matching and it can be set-up in the Criteria builder. See: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/criteria/dynamic-static/profile-attribute-matching.html?lang=en There is also a way to use the above capability with ...

@surebee wrote:@Jim_McTiernan thanks for taking the time to answer questions today! This question was originally posted by Target Community user @christammm in this original thread: "My A/B Test activity has recently finished it's desired testing duration. I'm using Target Reporting as the reporting source. Before the activity was launched, I added some extra audiences for reporting such as "New Visitors" , "Returning Visitors", and two custom audiences: 'Mobile Visitors', and 'Desktop Visitors'...

@Jamie_Re wrote:@Jim_McTiernanDO you have any good tools or methods to help us understand how to debug Target experiences that are failing to load on the page due to JS errors or conflicts when running mulitple activities on a page. I have seen errors related to click tracking but nothing solid seems to some out of it. Tips/Tricks?Are you using Mbox Trace for debugging? It should show the Target Activities, ones you've qualified for, and Experiences returned. See:https://experienceleague.adobe.c...

@ErinMGavin67 wrote:@Jim_McTiernan How do I use Target to track multiple CTAs on a page at one time? Some pages have multiple CTAs and it would be tedious to test all links separately. Thank you! [Erin Gavin from Intel UX/UI team] Hi Erin, please use the free-form click tracking metric I mentioned above. You can apply one success metric to multiple CTAs, and it works for both Target reporting as well as A4T reporting. See: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/activities/success-m...

@danielt36113379 wrote:@Jim_McTiernan1) How do we set up an activity experience (eg. a pop-up when a user abandons a journey) so that a user can only see it once in a visit? You can set a user profile in the custom code section of the offer/experience (in Modifications panel), and then Target the Activity to visitors without that profile value (ie user.sawOffer=true). More info on Custom Code in the Modification panel here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/experiences/vec/mod...

@daryai71687572 wrote:@Jim_McTiernan what is the best practice of using Recommendations? How many variations are minimum for running the test? Should there be at least 10-20 content variations? If you have only 10 to 20 variations, I suggest you use an AB Test Auto-target Activity instead of a Recommendations Activity. That will be the best approach for such a limited set of recommended offers. Note that the Target ‘Recommendations’ Activity type is designed for 100s to millions of unique items ...
