You are right this is hard to do today. I can see how this would be helpful. We'll keep an eye on the number of votes. Couple of questions.* Are you trying to use this in a segment?* How do you want to view this information?

With the new update to calculated metric we are now able to create this.

This was added a few months back.

This is available in Report and Analytics now.

With the latest release of Adobe Analytics we have included a count function which will count the rows in a dimension for a given metric. This combined with some clever segments should allow you to get at what you are trying to do. Just remember to use Unique Visitors as you metric.
