Thanks for the confirmation. It would be great if we could have some of the old functionality added back in. The older version of the code we can pull day or hour directly.e.g. getTimeParting('h', '6'); which would bring back time "11:42 AM" or getTimeParting('d', '6'); which would return "Friday" Now the only call is getTimeParting ("Americas/New York"); which returns "year=2020 | month=March | date=27 | day=Friday | time=12:14 PM" Would be great if we could just call the deliminatated values i...

Hi, I was hoping for some advice on updating the getTimeParting plugin from 3.4 > 6.2. It appears the 3.4 code uses "Utility Function: split v1.5 (JS 1.0 compatible)" which I don't believe is needed any more. Also the older code needed to have the date ranges for time parting entered e.g. //USs._tpDST = {2012:'3/11,11/4',2013:'3/10,11/3',2014:'3/9,11/2',2015:'3/8,11/1',2016:'3/13,11/6',2017:'3/12,11/5',2018:'3/11,11/4',2019:'3/10,11/3',2020:'3/8,11/1', I assume with the new version of the code th...

Hi, I haven't come across this before, but I have a Launch property showing the Target extension greyed out with an orange warning icon. I am able to upgrade/configure the extension, but unsure what the warning/notification is for? Any ideas would be most helpful. Thanks

Hi Kaushalendra thanks again for your help with this, I've got a lot to learn. The 'ips4_member_id' is an authenticated login value from the CRM software, this was being used against the MC service to link the two together.I've tried removing the authentication against the MC service but it still causes issues trying to fire too early. I'm unable to move the original JS in the HTML to the beginning of the code. Is there any way I can change the timing within DTM of when the dataElement fires?Che...

Well I thought it was working, in the console _satellite.getVar("ips4_member_id"); returns the correct value. However when published I get the following error which prevents the whole DTM container from loading.Uncaught ReferenceError: ipsSettings is not defined at Object.customJS (satelliteLib-dd4a7b2….js:12) at Object.D.realGetDataElement (satelliteLib-dd4a7b2….js:10) at Object.D.getDataElement (satelliteLib-dd4a7b2….js:10) at Object.D.getVar (satelliteLib-dd4a7b2….js:10) at satelliteLib-dd4a7b...

Thanks hyderziaee, I tried this but it comes back as undefined. Interestingly the custom code works fine in live/production but not staging mode. Why would it not work as a JS object?Cheers

Interesting it works fine when deployed live. I assume the staging/preview mode must have affected the firing order.

Hi,I'm hoping someone could help. I'm trying to get an on page JS variable into a DTM data element. The code works fine in Google Tag Manager and works in the dev console but is undefined in Adobe DTM.This is what I'm using as the custom JS for the data element: var ips4_member_id = ipsSettings.memberID; return ips4_member_id;The JS script on the HTML page is as follows and I'm trying to get the member ID: var ipsSettings = { disableNotificationSounds: false, useCompiledFiles: true, links_external: 1, memberID: 0, analyticsProvider: "custom", }; Any help would be much appreciated.Cheers
