Hi Wondering if someone is able to confirm and clarify my understanding of proof notifications vs Emails

Emails & notifications is very confusing in workfront as you only seem to get 1 or the other

I would expect you get a notification & an email

If i understand the activity correctly (I know this can be setting dependent)

A notification into workfront in regards to a proof - you only get notifications if some one comments, or replys to your comment or if you need to action something on the proof

An email notification in regards to a proof - you only get an email if a decision or final decision is made or it relates to a change to the stage process ie new proof

I would be grateful for any advise, the team are finding it ultra confusing, having to flick between email & workfront notifications and different systems

Is there a way to get both an email & a workfront notification if say a final decision has been made on the proof
