Have tried finding an answer in the forum and can't seem to sort this particular issue out. I have a form that has a front section (with 3 master pages - 1 for the front page only, and 2 others for even/odd pages) - when checkboxes are selected new subforms become visible and these subforms are repeated on a new page (different summary page with different header/footer) at the end of the document. This works and the summary page appears with subforms. The problem is if the front section goes over 2 pages the summary page disappears. This summary page will also only fill 1 page, not run onto following pages. I'm happy to share the form - I don't have Acrobat.com but will upload the file if required. Thanks for any help.
