APPROVED APP NOT SHOWING IN APP CATALOGUE

I created an app using app builder and also got it approved. But it's not showing in "App builder catalog". The document doesn't mention if any access is needed for the App. We deployed the app in the Production workspace and tried to revoke , redeploy and reapprove the app from exchange, but it did not work. Any idea why ?

1. If you are a member of multiple orgs, Can you please make sure you switch to the appropriate org where the App was published while viewing the App Catalog ?

2. Only App Builder Apps that are SPAs are listed in App Catalog and not Headless app

Yes we are just trying the sample app available, by following the document. Also switched orgs to check.
