Can Journey Orchestration be hosted on AWS?

I have a client that ended up not going with Adobe CDP because but could only be hosted in Azure (at least that is what they told me). 

Does the same apply for Journey Orchestration?

We are based on AEP which is hosted only in Azure and can only be sold on Azure as well.
