Create Journey Tags by API

Hi, We would like to create the Journey tags in an automated way, as they are managed by an external system, and we have more than 500.

In Adobe AJO API documentation (https://developer.adobe.com/journey-optimizer-apis/) is not explained but I would like to confirm if it's becasue is not possible or because is not being documented as it's quite uncommon.
