@Aileen Taylor‚ I agree with you re "a software update should not take multiple days of training just to help current users learn it." Appreciate the unvarnished candor. We are also very invested in making sure the NWE feels easy and familiar. Usability is a top initiative that we've been heavily focused on this year and will continue into next.
