To answer your questions:
It is much more likely that someone will follow Option 2.
Option 2:
1. Load up the site.
2. Select either "Allow" or "Block"
3. Read a few words.
4. Then attempt to close out
We sell warranties so there happens to be a decent amount of information available on the homepage along with both plans that we offer. But if someone goes to leave the site, we want to rope them back in with a special deal.
In your testing, it kind of sounds like you are expecting the pop-up to show up even though there already is another pop-up in Chrome. However, I'm curious if you were to close that initial pop-up and then attempt to exit would you see your pop-up?
- After I close OR interact with that location popup (regardless of my selection), the AB exit intent popup does not fire.
