Hi Diego,
What I ended up doing was separating my processes from my templates into two applications. We have somewhere between 300 and 400 templates, so this was the big problem. I figured out somewhere along the way that the templates themselves didn't need to be deployed. They just need to be checked into the repository. Then, I have a separate application that accesses those templates from the repository, and I deploy it, but since it only is a handful of artifacts, it deploys very quickly. I don't know if this will work for you, and I know that Adobe has begun to deprecate the process elements that allow you to read artifacts in from the repository in favor of ones that grab resources from within the context of an application. I don't think they realize the problems the product has, and how many of us are using it. Anyhow, please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Ryan
