Using Livecycle Designer 8.0 I have designed an interactive form that collects information about an individual job. Many of these forms are filled out in one month, one per job. At the end of the month I would like to collect data from many, but not all the fields in the dozens of forms that are filled out during the month. I would like the data to be assembled in a second pdf form, which will perform some new math functions and will have some dynamic features that the first form does not have.
I have searched the forums and read "Creating Dynamic Forms with Adobe LiveCycle Designer" by J.P. Terry, but I still do not understand the best way to go about this. Using Adobe Acrobat Professional I have successfully "merged data fields into spreadsheet", but then I have to spend hours formatting the ss to get it to look the way I want it to look for a monthly presentation.
Can someone steer me in the right direction? I appreciate it. Thanks!
