Behavior in recent versions of Reader have changed this a bit, as starting in ~November 2010 we consolidated dialogs and information presented to the user. Customer administrators have the discretion whether information should be presented to the end user (check the server settings whether audit/privacy information is presented to the end user). If administrators decide to show this information to end users, then the end user can change the client behavior from "show ever time" to "show only once" by clicking a checkbox in the modal dialog along the lines of "Don't bother me again".
