I would say that the best option would be to wait until LCCS version comes out that supports that, My only worry would be the pricing model, or if we would be allowed to select our own server to record on. Or if you need something quickly, you use java and just have your flex app communicate with Java. JScrCap is one solution that works where it sends the user's entire screen to an FMS server, audio is currently not available, but according to the producers, it will be from January. The Merapi is also a possible solution, it is a messaging api between java and flex/air. These options are more viable if you are looking for a screen sharing solution, as screen sharing is a restriction put at the flashplayer / sandbox level.
