Hi @MK_CP,

You cannot get tracking retroactively after you "unblock" customers. Tracking is done on recipient level so you cannot keep data and pretend you won't see who is behind email as tool is not supposed to working like this.

You already know this but best option is to target only customers who already gave you tracking consents.

Maybe, someone will have a better answer.
