We have checked at the location you mentioned and there's no difference in the setting for approval in both the campaigns.
Only for this particular campaign template, " Recurring campaign (opRecurrent) " we are not getting any mails for extraction file approval.
We also tried creating the campaigns with both the templates with other users and still this issue is there.
We tried in another environment to see whether this issue is with this particular template in all environments. So, we created a campaign with recurring campaign template and ran it, we got the mail for extraction in this environment. After that we tried to replicate the issue template xml content in the working environment recurring campaign template and after modifying it from the "edit xml" we are not getting any mails.
We reverted back the changes then also no mails for extraction file approval is coming.
So it because we/someone made any modification/change in this campaign template, causing this issue?
