Hi,
very difficult to analyze this remotely, but it hints at some networking issues. Since I don't receive any answer from the server (eg. wrong password, IP not on allow list, etc.) I would look at possible underlying issues. Some hints:
- check DNS setup (see https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/iob-090008-failure...)
- can you ping the Campaign server (hostname and/or IP)?
- can you open a telnet connection to the server (hostname and/or ip) and port (port might be different than 443, check server configuration)?
- there might be firewall restrictions between you and the Campaign server, check with the networking team.
- someone hinted at disabling IPv6 on the server (see https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/error-iob-090007-n...)
- Did you switch to IMS Authentication? (see https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/problem-enabling-f...)
- Did you change anything else that might impact the login process?
Best regards, Tobias
