Yes! In many ways

  1. Calculated metrics and segments will work when analyzing your Target tests/targeting in Workspace via A4T.
  2. You'll also be able to use those calculated metrics as your Primary Goals when setting up Target tests/targeting, when Analytics is your Reporting Source.
  3. Finally, segments that are shared to the Marketing Cloud will be available as Targeted Audiences in Target too.
