switch of forum survey for mobile devices?

is there any chance to switch of forum surveys on mobile devices?

it happened more than once that I was in the middle of writing a question or answer and suddenly the popup appeared. and I had no chance to close it neither to save my entered text.

I ended up refreshing the page and start writing again ...

therefore I'm looking for a setting to switch off those surveys - just ask me directly if you want to know anything...

Hi ericmatisoff​, heres a screenshot from 2018-05-21, I think it happens every one or two month. and when writing an answer I can't close the window, only chance is to "reload" page (and text is lost...)
