Can you assist please. I have completed the contact form more than a week ago and tried contacting Experience Cloud Care via Twitter but no reply.
I have had very poor service from the local team and wanted to contact Head Office to assist, but it seems impossible.
We are interested in your product but want to speak to someone in UK or US as my experience with the local team has been very disappointing.
I contacted agent via chat but they keep sending me back to the local team and the form to fill.
How can I contact someone to assist?
