In the Adobe Analytics Extension > Link Tracking we have set the following parameters:
Enable ClickMap [X]
Track download links [X]
Track outbound links [X]
In addtion, we have set our own sites and "javascript:", "mailto:" and "tel:" under Never Track.
One of our sites has an exit link to a site which is not included in Never Track. However, this link is not tracked, and we can't figure out why. We have not yet investigated whether this happens other places as well, but we do know that a lot of exit links are tracked correctly.
Any ideas to solve this problem would be much appreciated!! 🙂 Thanks.
