Description - My team and I would like to see, at least, base features of the Adobe Target UI to be accessible from a tablet or mobile device.

Why is this feature important to you -  Our industry can be quite volatile and is susceptible to many fire-drills often centering around digital solutions. Often, on nights, weekends, or days off, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had moments where we needed to deactivate Target activities immediately or face major government and company leadership issues.  On the other side, sometimes we need to activate a Target activity that is meant to help in times of outage or other emergencies and if we have the activity ready, we can do so at any time without always needing to be right next to our laptops.

How would you like the feature to work - We would like to be able to access the activity dashboard to see, on the go, what activities are live on our site(s), as well as have the ability to activate and deactivate activities.  At the next level, it would be great if we were able to make small edits to already live activities if audiences or content needs adjustment.  We recognize why it does not make sense to have all Target features available on non-desktop devices as it would quite difficult to create a new activity from a mobile phone.

Current Behaviour - Any attempt to access any part of Adobe Target from a non-desktop device results in a 408 error (request time out).
