Hi,
I've branched your comment out into a new thread since the previous thread was already marked as correct.
Where are you trying to log into DTM from? Are you using dtm.adobe.com and trying to sign in directly or are you trying to log in via the Experience Cloud by clicking the "Activation" menu item and click the Launch button not he DTM card? Also, are you comfortable sharing your DTM company name in this public setting?
