Hi, I made a website in Flash and I need to adapt it to a mobile app or mobile app. Not sure how. Are there any templates?

Are you looking for a native mobile app, or a mobile website that will work on a mobile phone because flash doesn't render on some devices? There is an Adobe product call Adobe Experience Design that you can take a look at.
