DTM: [Bug] Creating data elements between web properties

1. Go to a web property (Property A) and go to the Data Elements section
2. Open an existing data element
3. Click on the [account] button to view a list of web properties
4. Go to another web property (Property B)
5. Create a data element
6. Save the data element

It throws you back into Property A after the data element is saved. However, the data element is properly saved in Property B.
