I am having issue with click rule on firefox.

It does not fire.

It works perfectly in chrome and executes the code in seq javascript.

But does not work in firefox.

Is there a work around?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sunny,

Are you still facing the issue?. If yes, It would be nice to use the DTM switch (browser plugin for easy switching of debug mode and staging mode for dynamic tag management users)  in Mozilla Firefox and debug the rule. We would also recommend to see the following documentation regarding the debugging of a rule.

https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/dtm/c_Troubleshooting.html

Also, Please let us know if you need any more help for the same and It would be a great if you can share the screen shot of the rule definition so that we can further deep dive into the issue.

Thanks & Regards

Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

I would recommend debugging the DTM request using debugger tools and see if there is any conflict. Have you seen any sort of errors?

Thanks!

Hi Sunny,

I wanted to follow up on this question. Are you still seeing an error? If so, do you have an example link or an error message?

Thank you,

Tacia
