I have a question about this sheet.

Load Order for Rules

If I am right, that on the left side the Javascript Load Order is shown (document.readyState=''). What is the sense of the items under DTM Library loaded (e.g. Sequentail HTML, Sequential JS, Non-Sequential HTML, Non-Sequential JS).
