Has anyone here encountered this issue: In one of our DTM properties, we have created a number of new rules. When we try to get to the 'Approvals' menu, we get a 404 error instead of the expected approvals menu page.
Needless to say, this blocks us from proceeding with new rule implementation!
Seems to be a server issue. I have been able to intermittently get to the approvals section by modifying rules and resubmitting for approval. Weird.
Is the above issue still observed ?. If yes, Please do let us know so that we can further look into the same.

I haven't heard of this issue before. Have you tried logging out of DTM and logging back in? Also, you may want to run a quick verification on permissions for your user.
