Adobe Tag Manager -  Ability to compare and Merge changes across saved revisions

In adobe tag manager  it is very difficult to manage tags on different environmnts (dev,stage, prod).  Unless someone is adding very in detailed comments you can not really comment about current state of tags in any environment . Even none will take the risk of pushing something to production environment without checking all the tags just by relying on someones detailed comment. To solve this issue adobe should really add feature available in many versioning tools i.e. ability to compare and merge changes across different environments in adobe tag manager..
