Keeping the browser zoomed always to 100% is not feasible. When projecting Workfront to a large room of people, no one can read what is in Workfront in the back.

We would like to see a Baseline Custom Form added as a new custom form type in Workfront. When we create new Baselines, we would like to be able to attach a custom form directly to the Baseline object, and record our reasons for capturing the Baseline in a standardized way. This will help us review ...

As planners, we would like to quickly access the "next project" by simply clicking on a "Next Project" button at the top of the screen, when we are done managing/updating one project without having to open a new tab or click the back button multiple times. Perhaps this "Next Project" button would pu...

When viewing a project, it would be nice if the user didn't have to re-collapse the task list each time they come back to the project. For example, CREATIVE is a parent task, and PRODUCTION is a parent task, PRINT MGMT, PREPRESS, and so on.... Production team would like to collapse CREATIVE and the ...

I actually expected the feature to work this way to begin with and was surprised to learn that it didn't. If I have an issue that is resolved by a project I would like that issue to display the planned completion date of the project. Nothing more complex than that.

Allow “Mass Collapse” of all parent tasks that are 100% complete We have large projects that can be thousands of lines long. As a general rule, there is not a daily need to look at the fine details of completed work. I can spend many minutes collapsing all completed tasks to whittle down to a view t...

Be able to set a status in the approval process so that when the project task or issue is approved the predefined status is set.

When creating a Template from a Project, Issues should carry over into the Template, just like Tasks , including assignments.

The current Workfront functionality intermixes Project level updates with those made on included tasks and issues. It includes even more breadth of topics at the Program level. This causes updates to the project or program record itself to be hidden in the noise. Please create an ability to filter dow...

Currently in the New Experience, when editing a project if you are trying to change/select a Program or Portfolio the list is truncated. It only shows a limited number of Program or Portfolio Titles. In Classic, if you are converting or editing a project a full list is presented in the drop down men...

If you don't use commit dates and everything is based on planned dates setup by the project manager, as a system administrator you should be able to remove commit dates from the product. When commit dates are removed, no user will see them or set/change them anymore. To be honest, most users don't e...
